We don’t accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, share unboxing photos/videos with us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
To clean, simply use a soft muslin cloth. Lightly dampen the cloth with water and gently wipe the surface to remove dust or dirt. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or rough cloths as they may affect the finish. Clean occasionally to maintain the texture and finish of the piece.
